Poster Boys Movie Business First Week Collection
The Deol brothers Sunny and Bobby shared screen space together after a gap of four years in Shreyas Talpade's debut directorial Poster Boys The film that had a decent opening ended its first week by collecting Rs 11 crore reports.
Poster Boys opened at Rs 1.75 crore on Friday followed by Rs 2.5 crore on Saturday and topped off its first weekend with Rs 3 crore. The film remained steady on weekdays.
The film is a light hearted drama starring Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and Shreyas Talpade. Shreyas had also produced the Marathi film Poshter Boyz which inspired this Hindi remake.
The plot of the film revolves around the actors as they accidentally become the face of a vasectomy advertisement and all the drama that happens after it which affects their personal as well as social relationships.
The story takes you on a joy ride as the actors try to get rid of their poster boys image and get their life back on track.
Sunny Deol Adds Credibility To Poster Boys
Actor- filmmaker Shreyas Talpade says he wanted the Ghayal star Sunny Deol to play a role in 'Poster Boys to add credibility to the film which has a little sensitive subject.
'Poster Boys' is the official remake of Shreyass production venture in Marathi Poshter Boyz based on three characters who find their pictures on a vasectomy poster.
